Can't downlaod my modpack

I can't seem to download my modpack, and I have no idea what is wrong. I tried searching around but couldn't find a solution.

I'm using Dropbox

Change dl=0 to dl=1 and try again.

I changed the dl=0 to dl=1 but I still have the same message that it can't be downloaded. Is there other things I might need to change?

I'll need a link to the modpack on the launcher then (as in the API url), so I can check the issue myself.
