Protecting users from EE items via Grief Prevention

I was attempting to find some help on how to properly setup Grief Prevention to protect claims from EE items owned by other Users. Seeing as many other servers have successfully done so, i know it can be done. However, im not too sure how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
