I open the technic launcher, press install on a pack and for about half a second it starts to download, and then just doesn't and gives me back the option to install, while also adding in the option to remove the pack from my system. Removing the pack and then installing again does nothing.

I open the technic launcher, press install on a pack and for about half a second it starts to download, and then just doesn't and gives me back the option to install, while also adding in the option to remove the pack from my system. Removing the pack and then installing again does nothing.
I get no option to play after installing.
