"Couldn't down load this pack from drop box"

Hey everyone!

Im new to forums and creating mod-packs but I am a experienced modder 

I wanted to create a server pack for a Naruto server I play on for the community so even the players who dont know how to get mods and texture packs can enjoy them

When I tried downloading it, I got this

I know all my mods dont clash, as I tested it on a empty forge pack

What my bin looks like (Copyed and pasted minecraft forge and renamed it to modpack) -----> http://prntscr.com/bgwjb7

Drop box link --------> https://www.dropbox.com/s/bibhg9wes4704bz/modpack.zip?dl=0

I would be so happy if some one could help me make this possible!

Also, if anyone knows how to add a resource pack and a server ip, that would be awesome

Change your modpack URL from /modpack.zip?dl=0 to /modpack.zip?dl=1.

Also, rename modpack.jar to modpack, as now it is modpack.jar.jar.

My friend says he can download it, but I cant for some reason I keep getting the same error help!

Again, says the file is no longer there.
