World Anchor vs Dimensional Anchor

I'm planning to ban world anchors on my server and force players to use the limited dimensional anchor. However, one of the people that's helping me balance the server has told me that dimensional anchors do not work as well. According to him, all machines work fine inside an anchored chunk, but certain vanilla things don't, such as water flow (so a pump will drain a safe 5x5 pool while inside the anchor because water does not regenerate... which means boom your combustion engine while you're off exploring). Can anyone else confirm this?

I have heard that immbis make his code really hacky, but truth to be told I haven't tested, I use Dimentional Anchors for the larger size

On a different note, don't forget to disable teleport tethers also (everybody forgets them heh)
