Game Launches in Vannila

I purchased a custom modpack from Mcph. They created the modpack, however, when I tried to run it, vanilla minecraft loaded. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Whoever made that modpack didn't have a clue how technic modpacks work. That is not going to be an easy fix there.

Is there any other mod launcher I can use? One that is compatible with the modpack created by MCPH?

Yes, use the Curse Launcher, as it was made for that launcher.
