Disable Shift Clicking/Disable Right Click In Air

Hello.

im looking for a plugin compatible for tekkit 1.2.5 that will allow me to nerf items/ disbale shift/right clicks on certain blocks/objects/etc. i have tried noitem but that glitches too much i have also tried tekkit restrict but that plugin is just basically a ball of bugs so there is no help there.

if someone could code a plugin or modify something to allow me to do that ^^^ i would be very grateful and i could even try and pay you a little money for the time you spent doing it. (it must work and do the necessary this i need it to do)

You could try tekkitcustomizer (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/tekkitcustomizer/) It can at least disable the use of items defined within it. A good example would be the Swift Wolf, by placing it under Usage Ban, it allows players to fly with it, but can not use it for it's push back or lightning abilities.
