JunkyPic Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Mornin' lads and lasses, I'm somewhat new at this, just recently started to be honest, I've read a truckload of threads on this forums and I have some questions, if you don't mind me asking. First and foremost, I see that CraftBukkit++ has been "replaced" by Spigot, given that I want to run the latest version of tekkit, I assume that I need the latest version of Spigot, yes? For some lag reduction plugins, I've been told that Lagg Clear does a wonderful job. Anybody can confirm that? I'd rather not install it based on rumors. And lastly, how stables IS the latest version of Tekkit? I see that a lot of people have been complaining about errors and what-not. And given that I shouldn't run the latest tekkit version, what version of CB++ or Spigot should I use to the "not latest" version of tekkit? Thanks in advance! Quote
Djinnii Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 CB++ build 75 works best so far for Tekkit 3.1.2 I haven't tested 3.1.3 yet, mostly because it hasn't been rolled out as the clients recommended build yet. But looking at the changelog, nothing that much seems to have changed. Lagg Clear is all but essential for any server if you plan to keep it online for more than a few hours at a time. Quote
