Mods Wont Launch Help!

So I recently have downloaded the launcher to play Pixelmon with my friends.  However whenever I go to launch the mod the launcher disappears for a couple seconds then comes back around 2-3 seconds later.  Any ideas?

Not posting this in Cafe Lame and adding a crashreport/launcher log (upload to www.pastebin.com, don't paste it in your new topic) would be a good start.
