Game minimizes when ever i click really fast.

When ever i play a mod pack (any mod pack) and i try to attack something my game starts flashing and minimizes itself which makes every mod pack unplayable. I have tried to look for a solution but i have not found any way to fix my problem. The cursor also has that blue loading circle next to it when ever the game minimizes.

What OS are you running? Anything else running in the background, do you have other stuff open?

Shot in the dark, but here is a possible fix from another forum. 

"I found what is wrong, I just opened Task Manager and found that the file named: "wermgr.exe" (Windows Problem Reporting) It just opens and closes over and over again. So, I pressed the start button and searched for "Choose how to report problems" and then I clicked it and then I clicked "Never check for solutions", Which fixed everything and now I can do what ever I like without This shit bugging me". I tried that however i did not have a file with that name when i looked. I am using windows 7, i never have anything else open and the only stuff running in the background is Microsoft stuff.

You should check if you have any unusual programs running in task manager, something could be running in the background that you may not even realize is running.
