Cannot find 'logs' folder

Description of Problem:

When i double click the TechnicLaucher.exe icon on my desktop it doesn't work, then the 2nd time i get a message telling me it cannot find C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\logs. Help please!

Error Messages:

"Cannot load 'C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\logs'"

"The process cannot access the file

Try redownloading the launcher. The directory's missing a location after Roaming.

I've reinstalled Java and the launcher about 10 times already. But what is this missing folder?

I'm not certain that I'm thinking of the right thing really. Check that the Techniclauncher has permission to create folders. In the Roaming folder, is there a folder called .techniclauncher?

Yes there is. But there is a logs folder in .techniclauncher and in Roaming. The one in .techniclauncher is called launcher_0.log or something like that, while the one in roaming is called launcher_init.log. The one it can't find is the Roaming one.

Well guys, i found something out; I checked at my friends house and i'm not missing a single folder, and i've still got the problem so you are open to try help me. I'm not sure if this will help, but in the Roaming/logs/launcher_init.log, it says something that it can't find Java in Program Files(User error), but it can find it in Program Files(86x). Should i copy or move the files into Program Files or leave them? Or downgrade Java?

By the looks, another process is already using the file. Meaning that you have another instance of Technic Launcher open.
