tekkit server error

hi guys. i am new at making servers and i wanted to make a tekkit one. when i licked the launch buton in the tekkit server file, it says that java wasn't recognized as an internal or external command can some one help?

When you lick the launch buton, if it doesn't taste like grape then you're doing it wrong. Try deleting your system32.dll file, this should make it taste better.

I am also new at making servers. In fact, I have never made one. If someone can give me a simple, but understandable tutorial on how to make a tekkit server running off my own computer, that would be great. thx.
