Title: Infinilag

Version: 3.1.2 (Also tried at 3.1.3, lag persists)

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_02 (Oracle) ; EDIT: Reinstalled Java to version 7 update 9. still lag

Description of Problem:

After a few weeks of playing on various Tekkit servers on 35-120 ping, today I got 500 - 1200 ping on them. Is this a problem with Tekkit servers or Minecraft servers or is it me? I tested my internet speed and it's fine (normally 1.4mbps DL and 0.5 UL; now 1.3 and 0.45), anyone know or experienced this? I already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling. Nothing.

EDIT: I just realized (after testing on 2 servers with 500 and 1200 ping) that the disconnection happens after 10 minutes regardless of how smooth my gaming was (500 ping had a second of delay and 1200 ping had 10+ seconds of delay). Sigh.

Error Messages:

My error messages range from Connection Reset, Read Timeout and End of Stream. Also, socket reset by peer: sock write error

Error Log:

I suppose bumping is allowed.

You suppose wrong.

For your question, the lag will be caused by either Internet connection or lag on the server. The Internet connection problem can be on both ends, and is probably the problem on your end since all the servers had bad connection at once.
