Unable to Authenticate ACcount with minecraft.net

Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium

Java Version: Version 7 Update 9

Antivirus Program: Symantec AntiVirus

Description of Problem:

When i download the Technic launcher from the website and try to login with the correct minecraft login stuff it says error Unable to to Authenticate account with minecraft.net i have tried shutting Down the AntiVirus then downloading but that did not work, Also i just bought the full version of minecraft yesterday.

Yes, I bought one of those pre-paid cards from wal-mart and it even says i already have premium account membership. and it took away the option to buy it anymore.

The guy that posted that link help me actually, i just put in my mojang login stuff and it took it and loged in correctly
