Quarry/Filler problem

I'm new to creating tekkit servers, and I have a problem that I need help with. (I do not know if this is the correct forum for this, sorry!)

Anyway, my problem is that none of my items (quarries, fillers, etc.) are working when I try to use them. I know it's a server issue, because it works fine in singleplayer.

Any help on what I should configure?

Try to check for any plugins that claims the area to prevent griefing and the like. If the machines are used within such areas, then they won't work unless the server gives fakeplayer permissions.

Also make sure to search, as this has been answered a few dozen of times at least.
