Hexxit Won't Launch?

I thought my issue was an issue with the Technic Launcher, but as it turns out, it only occurs with this singular mod pack. I enabled the console for the launcher and got this:

Automated Response: Problem #1 You're running a 32bit Java version on a 64bit Operating System. In order to update to Java 64-Bit, please go to the link below and download the version for your computer. If using windows, please use the version windows Offline (64-Bit). http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp You may need to restart your computer after(99% of the time you won't). Also make sure you've got 64-bit java selected & 2gb(minimum) or 4gb(max) of ram allocated in launcher Options(top right) --> "Java Settings".
