I installed Technic on Sunday. No problems with running the launcher itself so I installed the modpack Colossal Sorcery. Doesn't look like any problems with that download. It was when I ran the modpack that I began to have problems. When I first started it loaded all the mods on the launchers and started to launch the game. It got through 2/7 Initializing Mods Preinitializing, but once it got to the end it froze on 2/7 Initializing. I left it for 4 hours and nothing happened.
Other Info: I'm currently running Windows 8. I did have Windows 10, but I reverted when I found that I couldn't play Minecraft on it. I have 2 terabytes of memory, so I don't think that's the issue. Please help.

I looked on here and found http://cdn.lemonmc.com/jre-8u25-windows-x64.exe (which I used, but then installed the latest version), and http://tk.iamtrue.net/clearJavaEnvVars.bat (which I also used). It helped a bit, but now it gets stuck on 5/7 Initializing Mods Part 3 and is stuck there. Can anyone help?
