Just a wild speculation, since you didn't give any useful information at all, but you can try disabling your antivirus program.

However, since you can't even manage to tell us if you have an antivirus, let alone what it is, the probability of this happening successfully is extremely low.

Also, "newest" isn't a java version, and how in the world do you not even know your operating system? It would literally take me two seconds on any computer to know the operating system.
