None of the major mods work on my server...

Launcher/pack Version: SSP 6, Tekkit 2.1.1

Operating System: Mac (unrelated though because this is a server issue)

Version of Java: Whichever Mac comes with (unrelated because this is a server issue)

Description of Problem: Below v v v

Weapons Mod: No.

IndustrialCraft: No.

Equivalent Exchange: No.

If I do the recipe for an item from the mods, the output will flash (like it'll show an Iron Furnace really quickly for IC2) then disappear.

I spawned some items from the mods, and when I try to use them, I get disconnected after ~10 seconds of lag.

I have a host that uses MultiCraft, and my server previously ran Bukkit, but we deleted all the worlds, and started anew with Tekkit, and all of the major mods don't work :/

No errors (except for WorldGuard, but that's unrelated to this) but it just doesn't work.

And I haven't seen any IC2 ores yet either, so I hope I don't have to regen the world...

Just a hunch but it sounds like it wasn't a clean install. Not familiar with MultiCraft, but i'm guessing there are other mods/files from your previous server that are interfering. I know you said you started a new world, but there are other files that could be interfering as well. If it was my personal server I would just delete/rename the entire old server folder and start from scratch and see if you have the same problem. Or I could be way off-base Good luck!

I could ask the server host to do that, because I don't think I can do that from the multicraft thingie I have.

and if I can, well, I don't wanna mess anything up

Thanks for the tip, if I don't get any other solutions, I'll ask the host dudes to do that.
