im guessing ur making a joke? although i would not be surprised. im about to get rid of my server tekkit has gone downhill. Next exlipse April 25th 2013.

We always joke when someone asks for an ETA. The Tekkit team don't really say much to us in the mortal realm, not even the highest ranked moderators who also often make jokes out of people who ask. In other words: nobody knows and there's no way to find out. Personally, I believe they'll skip upping 3.1.3 to recommended because of all the bugs. Perhaps the next version.
