Need mods? Where i get them

When i try to log in to an server it says i need some mods... I've tried to download launcher again to get the versio with those mods etc but i just cant get them? How i get them?

What mods are lacking? If it doesn't say, ask the server admins. Many servers run with more than the basic tekkit mods.
