Forge doesn't load in the Modpack.

Hi! So I've been trying to create a modpack recently and everything seems to be in the right place file wise but the mods/forge don't show up in game. I'm using 1.7.10. No error warnings or anything have shown up on the launcher or when loading the game. But the forge loading screen doesn't even show. I can provide screenshots of the modpacks folder in .technic if needed.

You renamed the file in bin to "modpack.rar" remove the .rar.
