It says it cant connect to minecraft.net

Description of Problem:

When i try to open a modpack on technic launcher is either says: "Unable to connect to minecraft.net, Would u like to run in offline mode? YES, NO" or it says: "Unable to authenticate account with minecraft.net." So i tried to Clear Cache, but it still doesn't work. Even if a choose "offline mode" it says: "Update Failed!"

This is a problem with the minecraft servers, you should be able to log in now.

I have the same problem when i try to login to tekkit... I know its not the minecraft servers though because i just tested the minecraft servers and their fine.
