Error with installing modpacks.

I'm trying to download a modpack named "All the Mods," but whenever I try installing said modpack, It installs into "negative" percents and then reports an error. Screenshots provided.

 

I would ask the mod author themselves, but I've been having this problem with several different modpacks and It's come to my attention that it could be something with the launcher or my computer.

Two possibilities:

1.) The modpack updated very recently -> Unlikely.

2.) The download link is no longer correct -> Likely.

Aka, those are dead modpacks. Do you have said issues with any of the official Technic modpacks?

I managed to fix the problem by installing curse client and running the modpack from there.

The only official pack I know has done this is Blightfall, which was a long time ago. I eventually gave it time and it's fine now.
