Two major bugs found! need help!

hi, my name is Josiah Bigras and i am having two major bugs or/and problems. I have recently created a modpack called Crazier Than logic but there is a problem downloading/installing it from the Technic launcher. The download tends to loop over and over to no end until your computer just says no. This is one major bug i have found when using Dropbox as a storage/downloading place for your modpack. This might just be for be but no matter what i do, it does not want to work. Because of this problem i decided to try to delete the modpack and start fresh because i thought it might have just been an error in typing. This is where the second bug comes in. Once you have deleted a modpack you can not reuse the title. I am no longer using the title Crazier Than logic for my modpack. It is now Crazier than logic 1.7.10 sadly. Can you guys help out with these problems. Thank you!

Which is dead. Please update the download location in modpack settings to a working location.
