Tekkit Legends won't start

when i start the game the  Launcher starts to load the game and then nothing

You updated your NVIDIA graphics card recently, which breaks any non-1.11 minecraft, and you are allocating 10 GB RAM to java.

Downgrade your NVIDIA card.
