Modpacks won't load

I am trying to play Tekkit Classic but whenever I click on play the window just flashes once and does nothing. I've tried reinstalling it, but it doesn't work. All of the other modpacks, except for vanilla, are giving me the same result. I got this error report in the Technic console:

My graphics card is up to date already.
