welp i made a modpack and when i load it up it dosnt work

so i made a modpack and i watched a youtube vid for this and idk i musta messed smthin up i rewatched the vid 3 times and tryed another vid and tried doin a couple things ppl in comments said to do but it didnt work so idk what i did wrong can some 1 plz tell me this is the link to the dropbox file https://www.dropbox.com/s/fylm9kjooinyzff/modpack.zip.zip?dl=0 also when i did tht link for the pack changed the 0 to 1
