My technic launcher wont load any modpacks

My technic launcher always closes and comes back whenever i click play. This happens on every modpack. I have reinstalled my technic launcher many times. For some reason i could run the minecraft launcher perfectly. i have latest version of java. i run windows 10. my log is here http://paste.ubuntu.com/24441185/

It probably ran fine before you upgraded to Windows 10. Update your Intel graphic drivers.

I just checked and my Intel graphics driver is up to date. Should i downgrade to windows 8?

Try running on Java8u60 first.
