About Halfway the "Installing Mods" screen this pops up:

This started happening when I went to upload a new version of my pack

Please try one of the following 3 things:

Remove your resourcepack folder.

Remove the folders (carpenters and millenaire) from your mods folder.

Do both.

I could (cheaty hacky) get your modpack to work doing "both", but it might be only one of the two.

The Carpenters Blocks and the resource pack worked fine before the update, so it must be Millenaire (but does it still work if you take the files out of the folders?)

Yeah, those files are regenerated on first pack launch.
