So, I haven't used technic launcher in a very long time and I wanted to play it, I got an error message so I did a reinstallnof the launcher but I'm still getting the error, help?

p.s. I've already tried the reinstalling java thing

It's on your end, unless the servers have re-established connectivity since then.  Check active antivirus/firewall software (especially firewall).

I made a special exception in the firewall to let technic through but it still doesn't work, I've attached the logs
