Whenever I download my modpack, I can run it perfectly fine after I download it. After the first launch, I can't launch it. https://pastebin.com/FRsCRKqt The Pastebin says that it is in use by another program but nothing seems to be running it. The way I found to fix this is to run `resmon.exe` and then I go under the CPU tab and search in associated libraries for the folder name, then I end the process. After that I delete the pack from my `.technic` and then I re download the pack and launch. This is getting really annoying and I wish to fix this issue.
