Mod pack issue

I apologize if this isnt in the correct place.  I wasnt sure where to put it.    I recently created a modpack and uploaded it.  The problem is when it is downloaded and ran the mods dont load.  It just give me vanilla.  It is called Lancer90 and the download in the launcher works.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked your modpack and it loads up fine? As in, mods are actually loaded.
