Project Ozone 2 won't open

I tried to start Project ozone 2, but when I click the play button, the green loading bar in the technic launcher loads and shows "install minecraft assets". Then nothing happens.

We checked the console and here it is

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic.
