Unable to launch mod packs in Windows 10

I am able to download and install mod packs, but when I go to launch them, Technic closes for a few seconds, like it's it's launching the mod pack, but then it reopens again. It does this for every mod pack that I install. There are no error messages, and since it won't even launch the mod packs, there are no crash reports being created in them. This was not a problem until I updated to windows 10, and it hasn't worked since. 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java as well as Technic, but nothing I do seems to make any difference. Has anyone else had this problem?

Get this log:

In order to get your logs, please go into the Launcher Options (upper-right corner), then on the bottom-left corner of that screen, click "Open Logs". The logs are all called techniclauncher_YYYY-MM-DD.log, with YYYY being the Year, MM being the Month, and DD being the day.
