If your machine can support it, download the 64 bit version of Java: https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Choose the Windows Offline (64 - Bit) option. Provided you can run 64-bit versions of software, and you have enough RAM, you should be able to increase it

I want at least 4.5 or something That's going to be depending on how much there is in your pc. You shouldn't really need more than 4 GB though. more usually causes worse fps.
