Not being able to open up the link when it says if im on 32-os or 64-os

Whenever I try to download a pack it says I don't have a good enough OS or Ram which I check and I have 8-gb ram and 64-os and I cant open up the link to download some mods thank you

You have 32 bit java.
You need 64 bit java, use java 8.

I downloaded the newest version of java and it still does not work and it is saying the same thing

Locate the .technic directory, there'as a Logs folder in there, open it, find the latest launcher log, copy the contents to paste.ubuntu.com and post the link here or just use attachments to upload the log file here.
