Help me please.

I am starting my first modpack. I followed all the steps and when I launch it, the forge doesn't load with it, its just 1.7.10. I want it so everything loads into the modpack but its just the version that ends up being there instead of the forged 1.7.10.

that's the link to the modpack. I don't know what to do. I tried re-archiving it and re-sharing it to get new links.

Please help me. What do i do/fix?
