03f project Ozone 2 reloaded not

i tried installing it and whenever i press install it says "failed to download http://139.59.234.248/modpack.zip. I even tried the manual fix but it still doesnt work. Pls help

Copy that download link in your browser. Try downloading it that way. You'll find out what I mean.
