Fatally Missing Blocks And Items

Hi, I have been having an issue connecting with my server from the modded client. Both of which have the same mods (except for client side mods which removing doesn't help) the server spews out the error Fatally Missing Blocks and Items when I try to connect. This started happening after I added the mod ICBM classic and crafting table IV. I am able to load up single player worlds.

Did you add those two mods both serverside and clientside, or clientside only?
