All modpacks in the Launcher don't work!!!!!! Launcher failed to start!!!!!

Description of Problem:

try to run any modpack and it says failed to start launcher

Error Messages:

when i click log in it says failed to start launcher?

Error Log:

in the logs folder in .technic launcher what log do i choose? HELP!!!!
