Launcher is offline for me?

Hello, I've been trying to use the launcher but it keeps on saying the launcher is offline and I can't do anything with it. is there anyone that can help please? im really stuck.

You got ratelimitted most likely, if you left it alone, it should've fixed itself already. (usually takes 1-2 hours). If not, reply again anyways.
