Making a modpack

So, I wanted to make a modpack (QualityCraft) i follow a guide put the config, mod, and bin file put forge in the bin, put my mods in the mods, then used winrar to make a file, then put it in dropbox. I put it for the mod link... Whenever i open it its normal 1.7.10. Anyone know how to fix this?

You got a case of modpack.jar.jar. Re-winrar the modpack after changing the name of the "modpack.jar" to just "modpack".
