Technic Launcher won't show any of my modpacks.

When I log onto technic launcher and go to the modpack page, all it shows are the default modpacks and the ones I have installed aren't there ( https://gyazo.com/4f1333d78bb150684e5771f45991d8f5 ). I looked into run and appdata and I saw all the modpacks I have installed are also still there https://gyazo.com/69dd3e085d843df2144212662c676d01 . When I go to launcher options, it is set on the folder which has all the modpacks https://gyazo.com/788a038717bae40166ecb4337083799a . Could someone please help me fix this as I don't wanna have to delete then reinstall every single modpack on here.

 

And the solution listed in pin by running as administrator doesn't work for me either.

Go back to appdata -> .technic, open the installedPacks file with notepad, tell what you see.
