Trying to load modpack and it attempts but comes back to the launcher

I have played ealier on this week on the modpack but now it isn't working. I have tried resetting jave data with .bat files updating , reinstalling technic and the modpack. and now i am confused.

It has 7gb of my 8gb going to it , i have windows 10 ,

This is actually a problem, which is showing up often in the log. Don't allocate 7 GB when you don't have it available.

Right but it has been working a few days ealier and its been like this for a while, but only just have issues

Saying that allocated 5gb and it seems to be working
