Single player world won't load anymore on 1.7.10 pack

Hello I have been playing the 1.7.10 pack for very long and a few nights ago I turned off my computer to sleep and I logged on the next day to play and I tried to join my single player world and it loads and then disconnects saying "disconnected from server" and the prompts me to the multiplayer screen. Idk how to fix this please help ASAP.
