Modpacks will load partially, then will stop close to end, then won't respond.

When I press play, everything seems to run just fine, until I get to the end. It is almost fully downloaded, but then just stops, and when I try to click on it, it says "Not Responding". I'm not sure what this could be, so I was wondering if I could get some help?

You need 64-bit java to allocate more than 1 GB RAM (And no, don't allocate all of it):
