Can't login using my E-mail

Hey all, so as the title say's I can't login using my email,

When I put in my email and click "Log In" it says : Invalid username format. Username must have between 4 and 16 blablabla

So I tried using my Username and when I press login, I dont even need to put down a password it just logs me in like some kind of cracked version.

Any help would be appreciated.
