Tekkit Server Help!

Hello! im trying to host my own Tekkit Server now im trying to get the maximum Ram to 5GB and minimum to 2GB

but whenever i got higher then 1GB i get an error

this is what i CAN do

java -Xmx1000M -Xms512M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui
pause

this is what i wanna do

java -Xmx5G -Xms512M -jar Tekkit.jar nogui
pause

so i have no idea what wrong heres my PC specs:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz

Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

RAM
16 GB

Operating System
Windows 10
