Modpack not showing mods

I've made this modpack but every time I upload it it doesn't say there's any mods when I play it on minecraft??

Here's my original link, I tried to remove the Forge extract installed to make it work and it still didn't

I did change the www to dl and the other things you need to do, do you keep https:// with it too?

Did you read how to make modpacks? What should go into the bin folder? And what is currently not in the bin folder?
